Returns and Refunds
Your Hahn product is guaranteed to exceed your expectations, or you can return it to us for a full-refund. We even pay for return shipping. It's that simple.
You have 120 calendar days to return a product from the date you received it.
We will pay for return shipping costs on all products.
Only products that have been purchased directly from Hahn, either through Hahn's website, Hahn's call center can be returned to Hahn. Hahn products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
HOW TO RETURN A HAHN PRODUCT
1. Contact Hahn and request a pre-paid return shipping label by calling +1 (855) 411-4246 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Repackage the product with everything included in the package when you received the product.
3. Clearly stick the return shipping label on the outside of the package. This is very important to ensure proper return shipment of the product.
4. FedEx will pick up the sink at the scheduled time or you can drop-off the package in a nearby FedEx facility.
Hahn will refund the full purchase price of the product (excluding shipping and handling) when the product is received at Hahn. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 15 business days of receipt of the returned product.
